Catalogs are Open for DCO Cycle 112

  • EARLY catalogs will close at 8pm, Sunday 6/14
  • PRODUCE will be added Friday evening, 6/19
  • LATE catalogs will close at 8pm, Sunday 6/21
  • INVENTORY catalog will close at 6pm, Friday 6/26
  • PICKUP will be Saturday 6/27, 1:00 to 4:00pm

Ordering Procedure Reminder: Splits and Orders Pages Now Combined

SPLITS and ORDERS are now combined, and you only need to visit one page per catalog to place your order. There is no longer a SPLITS option in the menu.

  1. After you choose a catalog, choose the ORDER link in the menu on the left.
  2. Please take your time, and read the “***IMPORTANT*** instructions in purple and red on the ordering pages to learn how this new setup works.
  3. Check your shopping cart or the Group Order to make sure your order is correct before you log out.

SnoPac – Last Chance to Order Frozen Items Until Fall

This cycle (111) is the last opportunity to order from SnoPac until fall. We do not order frozen items from them during the summer.

DCO Response to COVID-19: Please Stay Tuned
At this time Cycle 109 is going forward as planned. However, due to the rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19, arrangements, orders and dates may have to change quickly in the future. Please be alert for future communications that may impact your order. Safe handling and pickup methods are in the works and will be communicated soon.

Check Inventory First
We currently have a have an excess amount of inventory on hand. Please check the 00 INV CURRENT INVENTORY catalog and order items there before going to a regular catalog for the same item.

Catalogs are Open for DCO Cycle 105

Catalogs are now open for DCO Cycle 105!

  • EARLY catalogs will close at 8pm, Sunday 11/24
  • LATE catalogs will close at 8pm, Sunday 12/1
  • PICKUP will be Saturday 12/7, 1:30 to 4:45pm

5-Week Cycle Ahead!
We normally have four weeks between pickup days. Cycle 106 is a five-week cycle, which means there will be an extra week between the pickup dates for this cycle (DCO 105 – pickup Dec 7) and the next cycle (DCO 106 – pickup Jan 11). Depending on your needs, you may want to adjust order amounts for this cycle (105) to cover the extra week.

Cycle 103 Product Updates: SnoPac Frozen, Raw Honey, Lakeland Juices

Product updates for cycle 103:

  • SnoPac frozen items are back in the 02 LE Local Wholesale Early catalog. Ready for ordering!
  • A new product has been added to the 06 CLNF Country Life catalog: Organic Raw Honey from Y.S. Organic Bee Farms, 16 oz & 32 oz.
  • All Lakewood Juices (06 CLNF catalog) are now sold individually. There is a 15% discount for a full case of 12. Items and prices have been updated to reflect this.

Catalogs are now open for DCO Cycle 103!

  • EARLY catalogs will close at 8pm, Sunday 9/29
  • LATE catalogs will close at 8pm, Sunday 10/6
  • PICKUP will be Saturday 10/12, 1:30 to 4:45pm

DCO Rolls On!!

Last July, a message was sent to DCO members announcing that there would not be a cycle in October and going forward, unless people stepped forward to take on bookkeeping and leadership positions to provide relief for the people who have been carrying the load for the last couple of years.

The good news is that KJ is re-energized and is now helping with the bookkeeping. Christine Borosh also jumped in and is now doing member payments. Thank you KJ and Christine! And a VERY big Thank You to Mary Benson for her efforts and dedication with our accounting the last couple of years.

With these changes and the ongoing dedication of all of you who do your part each cycle, we can continue our efforts to make this community project work. We still have a need for new members on the Steering Committee to continue to make DCO more sustainable.
