5-Week Cycle
This cycle is a five-week cycle, with an extra week between pickup days for the last cycle (92) and this one (93). This means that Late catalogs will be open an extra week (closing on Dec. 30). Early catalogs will be open one week as usual (closing on Dec. 16)

SnoPac Product Note
You may notice SnoPac products in retail stores that are not in the DCO catalog. This is generally due to the product origin. DCO only carries SnoPac products sourced in the U.S., so items imported from other countries are not listed in our catalog. Please check package labels and contact listings@driftless.coop to request addition of a domestically-sourced product to our catalog.

5-Week Cycle Ahead
We normally have four weeks between pickup days. Cycle 93 is a five-week cycle, which means there will be an extra week between the pickup dates for this cycle (DCO 92 – pickup Dec 1) and the next cycle (DCO 93 – pickup Jan 5). Depending on your needs, you may want to adjust order amounts for this cycle (92) to cover the extra week.

Local Winter Produce
Although fresh harvest produce is no longer being added, the 03 LWP Local Wholesale & Produce catalog has plenty of storage crop options and a few remaining fresh items. Check out the Produce category for roots, onions, winter squash, brassicas, and more.

• Frozen Items Added: SnoPac is Back! The arrival of autumn means the return of frozen items from SnoPac in the 02 LE Local Wholesale Early catalog.
• Local Fresh Produce Ending: Harvest season is coming to a close and this is the last cycle that fresh produce will be added to the 03 LWP Local Wholesale & Produce catalog.
• 5-Week Cycle Ahead: We normally have four weeks between pickup days. Depending on your needs, you may want to adjust order amounts for this cycle (91) and the next one (92) to cover that extra week.
• Catalog Closing Reminders Added: In response to member input, two catalog closing email reminders have been added. Email notifications will now be sent on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings before the early and late catalogs close. You can turn off these reminders by clicking on the link at the bottom of the reminder message.

Calling all DCO members, and folks interested in saving $$ while growing their commitment to healthy, local food resilience. Our next community potluck is this Monday, Sept 24, at 6 pm. If you’re new to DCO and would like help placing your order, members will be on hand to guide you through the process.

What to bring? For the potluck: A dish to share (vegetarian/vegan please). For the ordering: A laptop, though there will be some to share if you don’t have one.

Time: Potluck at 6 pm; ordering begins at 6:45. Feel free to come for either or both portions.

Local Produce for Cycle 89 will be Updated 8/27

In order to provide the most up-to-date information during the harvest season, fresh produce is added to the Local Wholesale Produce catalog the Monday before the weekend the catalog closes.

For Cycle 89, produce will be entered by 8 p.m., Monday 8/27. The catalog will close 8 p.m. Sunday, 9/2.

Join us next Wed June 27 for a Potluck and Group Ordering Opportunity–where folks come together to eat/talk/order and cross pollinate the DCO universe. If you’re new to DCO and would like a bit of support diving into the ordering process, there will be folks to help guide you through your first order cycle. For current members, it’s a chance to share ideas and reach out to one another re current (or future) splits.

What to bring? For the Potluck: A dish to share (vegetarian/vegan only please). For the Ordering: A laptop, though there will be some to share if you don’t have one.
